This is paid by the nursing care insurance

Day care is intended to relieve the burden on family caregivers and help people in need of care maintain their existing environment and familiar living situation. In the case of day care, those in need of care are in special day care facilities during the day, which take care of the person in need of care and also offer various therapy and leisure activities.

In the case of day care, the long-term care insurance fund generally covers the following costs:

  • Care costs,
  • Expenses of social care,
  • costs of medical treatment care (the costs of meals, on the other hand, must be borne privately),
  • pro rata the costs for the morning and evening pick-up and drop-off services.

Below you will find the costs for our day care Haus Mariengarten at St. Josef Hospital Moers.
